hey Kyle, nobody is asking for american intervention, so chill out. Ending war and preventing escalation is pretty easy, Russian have to pack and get the fuck out. Easy concept, but kinda hard to grasp for some people

Greetings from Germany. We are pretty close to Ukraine, only Poland between us and them. So if we "support" Ukraine with heavy weaponry and the war escalates, we will be the ones receiving Russia's attention full scale. You guys have two huge oceans between yourselves and Russia, so it's easy to talk. Besides, there are other ways to support Ukraine: negotiations, peace treaties, compromises. And no more anti-russian war-mongering by NATO states, first and foremost the USA. We have to accept the reality that Russia is a nuclear superpower that can obliterate the globe 100 times over. Fighting is not the solution but an accelerant for a fire that is already burning too high.

One of the dumbest takes ever from Paul. Here in the UK we tried appeasing hitler by agreeing to let him annex parts of Czechoslovakia, thinking heād be satisfied with those gains, take the success home and wind down his territorial ambitions. Obviously it didnāt work because he just became more powerful and confident in his ability to push around the other powers, and more enraptured in his imperial fantasies. Letting Putin capture any part of Ukraine would just lead to larger, more prolonged conflicts in future for that exact same reason. He doesnāt just want Ukraine, he wants the entire pre-ww1 Russian territory.
