The guns at the fair thing is more common than you think. They just go and burry/hide their gun on the fairgrounds before it’s set up. It’s something gang members used to do. Also, some people do that with liquor/drugs for festivals

There are no donation goals on patron streams. We just get what the plebs didn't pay for. So when the plebs actually pony up and reach all the stream goals, the pleb stream goes upward of 6 hours and the following patron stream contains less rollover content. That being said, we're allowed in the pleb streams and we don't have to shell out hundreds of dollars for segments. I don't see any way we've got the short end of the stick on this one.
