I did a 12 day fast with the goal of 15 with nothing but water supplemented with himalayan pink salt and checking my vitals twice daily... After the 2nd day I was not hungry even until then end of the 12 days.. I stopped the fast because my blood pressure was getting too low. I felt 150% better the whole fast than I ever had in my life except for one thing! my shits smelled like a 7 layer burrito from the 7th circle of hell....planning on doing it again soon. (26lbs lost)
