I agree with Paul when he speaks on the economic solution to social issues. It would be easier to do with a strong multiparty system, but as it stands, one way to implement these ideals without a violent revolution is to get a young Bernie Sanders-like candidate to appeal so strongly with populism that they force their way to the top. Though getting someone to the top isn't enough we need the same hypothetical candidate in as many local government offices as possible to support them. If we focus on the top then the bottom gets neglected and falls out, if we only build up small-level government then they will be so stimulated by the top that it will feel futile to even try to follow through on promises; they just become (seemingly) corrupted.

I don't know where Paul is getting the Haggis is played by a man thing but this is the third time he's said it. Haggis was played by an actress named Florence Schauffler, who is in fact a woman. Saw Limp Bizkit actually a few months ago. They played at our local fair and honestly I was surprised on how well it went. Fred Durst showed up drunk, wearing a baggy jersey with no pants and an Afro wig. Not to say that he performed that well, but he was entertaining and pretty funny
