Maybe one with the big sister? If you do a sequence, having April and big sis next to one another. One without a gag, but tied up, with April scolding the sister for tying the reader up, while the sister protests. Next should be the sister with her mouth stuffed, and April saying something like she has had enough, and she needs to be quiet. Of course not forgetting about the reader, she is also gonna fix the reader's gag, and keep the reader and the sister firmly bound and gagged until they make up.
