Long term healthy creators are best ... selfishly they make more good stories after resting. Glad you are back

Your good. I appreciate the communication but end of day I am here for the art, and glad you are able to keep making it. Finding the vision is a part of the art process, I look forward to reading the efforts of your vision seeking.

I have no idea if my comment will help anyone but I figured someone might need to hear it.

I personally understand what your going through. My experience with basically all mental health medications is that they always take forever for noticeable effects and then when you do notice the effects its sometimes not right or worse than before you started the pills. I have severe ADHD and moderate bi-polar disorders and I've found through effort and research is that in order to keep motivated on something there are 3ish main components First and most importabtly is how you talk/think to yourself about something. Even if you don't mean what you think your subconscious doesn't care and will believe everything you tell yourself so over time if you keep thinking, "this is too hard," or "I cant do this right now" that will become your mindset. Having a good mindset is 70% of the work right there and as such a person should think "they are enough and that they got this" ESPECIALLY when they are having a hard time of it. Second is having a good schedule or place to do work at, your mind will associate places with certain mindsets. So it makes it a lot harder to get stuff done if you are in place that you associate with relaxing or having fun. This is like 10% of the effort for motivation. And third is physical. Your body is a machine, figure out what you should and should not put in it. For example people with ADHD typically crave dopamine because they have a difficiency of it, so they like sugary foods caffeine and have a much higher chance for addiction. My whole life i have always thought that my ADHD was really hit or miss, some days i would be great and function almost like a normal person, and other days my mind would function on such a low level that I know I could be placed on the autism spectrum and be classified mentally handicapped. Recently I have learned and personally verified that my ADHD and other metal issues get significantly worse when I eat a certain type of additive that is in most processed foods. After doing a wholw buch of research i find im bot the only one who has found that they have negative reactions when eating it and the reaction is similar to that of ADHD. This chemical is called Red40, it's a food coloring/preservative that's produced from petroleum. I find that when I get this in my system I have a much harder time focusing, and I also get manic, antsy and my anxiety spikes. This red40 is in a lot of stuff like most sodas, and like anything that is dyed red, some chocolates, white Pillsbury frosting, and a whole lot of others. It also has a few other variations like yellow 5 & 6, and a few more I will comment below.

Thanks for the chapter, I'd say don't worry about the delay, best to take the time you need as long as you don't disappear for years at a time!
