Thanks for the chapter! I wonder if Alden will recognize Dora’s name…she’s probably well known enough that he might know her. Actually, why hasn’t Kai tried to find out more about her? I remember her full name was in that book that she wrote and gave to him about the potions in the archipelago

She only knew about hallowed intuition and the space step skill not the others. Also he lied about his class name. Has he told her what its really called now?

lol, so looking forward to Alden recognizing Dora’s recipes then wondering about the Kai thing. I think he will eventually have to be brought into the fold because he’ll figure it out eventually especially based on the age of the ink/book, Dora maybe being well enough known and a check in with back home regarding alchemy…

So two fun possible political and secrets effects by kai's two notable actions this chapter. First is his apology to Isadora which she likely deduced as being genuine. Leading her to know kai wasn't trying to turn that dinner into a shitshow. Her blush could be between embarrassment from the social ramifications and from the guy she might have thought to be messing with her to then prove he simple didnt know the situation and felt bad about it. Good potential layered interaction. Those are always fun. Second Dora could be a hell of a lot more famous or skilled than Kai realize. This might lead Alden to tell his family ( unlikely ) or to dig deeper into kai's background ( possible ) or to potentially recognize that skill in the recipes and be able to narrow down Dora's other potential aliases. This is a fun one. Valela noticing the actual effort in his clothing and giving him shit is great and lots of fun.
