The feels. This show was a mess but I love it. Things really started falling apart in season 2 with the whole dumb love triangle with rahim, but they were able to fix the mess and give Victor and Benji the ending they deserved. The way I made sure venji ended up together before I even started season 3, lol, i could have sat through the whole season not knowing. I will say I am a Nick defender, he was a sweetheart he just wasn't Benji.

I've always thought that the show, in the most general terms, was about Victor's growth as a person, from closeted and confused to out and self-accepting and then to the kind of person who could be in a healthy relationship. It really isn't until the end that he is ready to be in that relationship with Benji because of what he's been through in the past year. And I think you were exactly right that his speech at the awards ceremony inspires everyone to put fear aside and do what's right for them. The only thing in the episode that seemed a bit contrived was Benji at first saying it was too late and then changing his mind only a couple of hours later. If he had heard the speech it might have seemed a bit less arbitrary. But other than that, I thought it was a solid finale.
