I have pneumonia 😃
🕑 Added 2024-11-05 23:50:20 +0000 UTChey folks.. sooo long story short i was indeed NOT recovering from that chest infection lol😭 i was starting to feel better when i put up my last post explaining my chest infection, but then my cough kept getting worse and i kept sweating through all my sheets at night, i’ve not been eating, and overall im just constantly exhausted and haven’t left my bed in weeks. It was especially bad last night so i decided to go to the doctors again today and i’ve been prescribed medication for both pneumonia and bronchitis.. but the good news is that from here it should be a speedy recovery!! i was told the pills should kick in ASAP and i should already be feeling a lot better tomorrow. After that i only need to continue the meds for 4 days :) So content should be back by the end of the week but i’ll keep you all posted on how i’m feeling in the next couple days. i managed to get up that one shameless video and edit half of the next heartstopper but i’ve genuinely just not had the energy to do anything recently because of all this. Once again, i’m very sorry for all this inconvenience, i know it sucks to not have new content (trust me i’ve missed it 😭) but unfortunately when i can’t record its just impossible. but thankfully with these antibiotics i should be back to recording again within a couple days! and hopefully i can just get this heartstopper edited tomorrow if im feeling better and get that up :) thank you all so much for your patience and support, it means the world to me! i’ll see you very soon my friends 🫶🏼🤞🏻

Wishing you a speedy and full recovery, Alex. But don’t rush to do too much too quickly. I notice you’ve posted a commentary on Heartstopper - which is great for all of us, but not for you if it is at the expense of your health. Take it steady and don’t risk a relapse. We can wait. Robert

im so sorry you are going through so much last month i fought through severe sepsis which caused pneumonia its terrible i couldnt move at all without having a coughing fit so i know it sucks i hope you get better soon

I’m sorry to hear about the pneumonia, which I know can be very serious, but I’m glad that you are getting the right kind of meds that will take care of the problem quickly. Under the circumstances, there is no need to apologize for anything – just get better!
