Rhaegon Targaryen. So that he is named in honor of his sister Rhaenys and his brother Aegon so that they are not forgotten. But also for a new beginning for a northern dragon or dragonwolf. Make no mistake: Lyarra alive means that Jon wil be more like a Stark of old!!!! Most story's/info concerning Lyarra describe her as a strong and just northerner with the wolfsblood highly present.

Draegar, because it’s a different Jon and it’s new, never used Targaryen name. IMO using old names doesn’t create a new type of char or readers will associate your Jon with another Jon from a different author because they just re-use old Targaryen names.
