For Jon harem I think it should be rhaenys Daenerys and 1 northern girl( Val) to appease Jon grandmother. Jon dreaming of rhaenys is very nice concept and I hope Jon and Dany dreams of each other as well. One of my favorite Jonery story is Frostfyre by darkfire1220 where Jon and Dany dreams of each other since they were kid.

Oh and interesting piece of lore that you may want to use before the conquest and even before the Ironborn and Stormlamder domination the Riverlands were ruled by house Justman who’s founder was a bastard from houses Blackwood and Braken who was so beloved that the riverlanders crowned him their king, if lady fish goes with the Damon Blackfyre argument well this piece of history will make for an interesting conversation

Good chapter it's nice to see the small progressions that Jon is making. As for the pairings, id say small harem with Arya and either a Flint girl or Neds bastard daughter with Ashara. I wouldn't do Daenarys, but that's just me, I'm not a fan of her since in cannon she can't see her own faults or change
