Solid chapter, you did a good job making Long Feng's motivations make sense. His actions still aren't moral or rational, but I see how someone could get there. Nice work. 🙂

Well, Long Feng, despite his flaws, cares for his family, so even he doesn’t think there can be someone as heartless as Ozai who doesn’t care about his family.

I’m glad I was able to do a good job writing Long Feng’s backstory and why he thinks not fighting is a better idea. Book 2 is almost done. I believe we will reach Book 3 within 2 Chapters.

Well, in his defense, Long Feng, while what he’s doing is wrong, he still cares a lot for his family, so it simply never crosses his mind that the Fire Lord might not give one single f*ck about his children.
