I could see her doing that,"jon can give me what I never had " and Joffrey becoming more of an inconvenience, there is also the fact that she still probably sees Jon as someone she can control and who cares for her unlike Robert. I could also see Joffrey saying something to Cersi that brings to light the fact that she is a glorified trophy wife to Robert(like he told her in the throne room) while he is the heir to the iron throne or something like that
