How's he have his wand in this chapter when it's been clearly stated he doesn't have it in past one's? Like he reaches for a want that's not there in chapter 2 then has it now in 4 with no explanation

Well, Harry will return badass, but Harry is not the only thing that will come from the Lands Between.
