You’ve never read Harry Potter before. The whole series everyone that’s an adult constantly compares Harry to his parents. It’s just how things are especially if your parents mean something to someone. It used to happy with my family when I was a kid. Constantly told I look like my dad.

Can Jon not be just the sloppy seconds of his father? Seriously? I don't understand why people think this is anything but fairly pathetic. It basically means Jon is literally nothing without his father. He means nothing. He amounts to nothing, without Rhaegar. Every single person in the story looks at him and sees his father, but lesser, because he is in every way.

Honestly, my bets on somewhat, reconciliatory hate-fucking. And plus looking at Cersei’s psychology, Rhaegar was basically her first love, and probably her only love, beyond herself and her family. What she has with Jamie is more or less a narcissistic, masturbatory, self love because he’s her identical twin. It’s almost the same with her children, she sees her self, and Jamie, being part of the same person, so that makes the children they have double her children, meaning more of herself. So despite the betrayal, I don’t think she’s there mentally to just get rid of Jon so easily seen that he’s all that remains of her silver prince. Not the strongest argument, but that’s all I got.
