Jaime doesn’t know who Jon’s real parents are; he thinks Jon is Ashara’s son, so when Jaime says that Jon is nothing like him, he means Arthur Dayne. Cersei is not sure how to deal with Jon, but more will be revealed in the next chapter.

Wow, Jaime... a bit harsh. Curious as to when Jon and Cersei will next interact, she'll of course be angry, he made her look bad, but with her intentions of bringing him south, I doubt she'd cut him down that easily... and we can all make a good guess at who that lady speaking to Jon was at the end of the chapter... but what revelation may come next, remains to be seen.
