The Arash Arashi Fruit is one of the strongest fruits in this story, but since it's so strong, it can negatively impact the user and it can cause damage to the user. As for the whole Nika thing, well, it will still play a role in this story, you have to wait and see.

Great chapter as always. It was probably explained in an earlier chapter but why does luffy's power affect him negatively if he's a logia type? Also is luffy still joyboy despite not eating the Nika fruit?

Damn, Luffy never gets a break. Lol But that's the raw, chaotic road of becoming the Pirate King. Great details of the fight between him and the frightening Shamrock. The creativity you put in for Luffy's storm attacks are great especially the Maelstrom Heart. Can't wait for the next chapter.
