Thanks for the chapter, i finally caught up and i must say this fanfic is incredible. Definitely in my top 3 aot fanfics. I wanted to ask though, will you give Jaime a growth spurt? It really doesn’t make much sense for him to stay short. Ackermans are meant to be tall. Every Ackerman we know aside from levi was significantly taller than the average for their gender. You could say he was malnourished like levi but he has had more than enough time to recover from that shown by the fact he’s already a bit taller than Levi even when he’s 15. Connie also had a crazy 20+ cm growth spurt after season 3 and Jaime is even a bit taller than him currently.

Jaime wasn't exactly in the best mental state when Annie caught him off guard and transformed a second time. Jaime still isn't in a good mental state. Right now, he is working on autopilot, so to speak, trying to bury everything deep down until the mission is completed and they can all go back behind the safety of Wall Rose. Right now, Jaime is better than Miche, but weaker than Levi.

Ngl, I thought it was lowkey bullshit how Jaime lost last time. I get how he was influenced by his emotions and let Annie destroy his gear. However, this time he better rip Annie to shreds. Obviously she will live, but he should be able to incapacitate her. Hopefully Levi squad survives this time, and Oluo gets front row seats in being humbled by Jamie’s first hand Beyblade skewer of Annie. Can’t believe I need to wait another month for this. Great chapter!
