I have an idea. I wonder if you could try to make it come true A new "Manual Delivery Mode" has been added, which can be turned on or off in the Settings. After opening, the "Push" and "Relax" options will appear when all characters give birth. On this basis, add images of the baby's head at the vaginal, such as only showing a little bit, showing the top of the head, and showing half of the head. Blindly pushing will lead to weakness and inability to continue the delivery. One can only do so after resting for one round. If the mom keeps resting, baby's head will gradually retract, returning to the image and descriptive text of the previous stage. This way, it can add a great highlight to the game. Trust me!

The popularity is different from the old version, it gain exp from activity like brothel and battle, but now everytime you reach the targeted number / fill up the bar, you will gain a heritage point, which can be used for upgrade in the 2nd screenshot
