Touching episode, and the animation and music hit hard as usual, but... is it weird to say that I am not that excited for what's coming? I know the story isn't that long overall but it already seems repetitive to me with no stakes, and predictable. I just know he's never going to lose and it's not like the setting or characters stand out much or are that interesting. Even Kaiju 8 which I only liked somewhat felt way more intriguing and engaging to me despite being similar.
