Potential cover for book 3!
🕑 Added 2022-09-07 09:02:00 +0000 UTCAlright, so this was the commission I was waiting for, initially planned for book 4, but now I'm going to use it for book 3. It's an image of Ashe in her seraph form. It's a bit early for this since as of book 3 we haven't really seen her in battle (this was supposed to be for book 4), but I like the image overall. I will have to cut the sides off it, since this one is a landscape instead of a book cover as well (the artist really seems to prefer drawing landscapes for some reason. Maybe book covers look different where they live?) but this one I can at least actually crop and have a cover.
I do have one more option that I'm hoping will come in soon, but I haven't heard from the artist in a month so there's no way to tell how close to done it is. If it doesn't show up though, I could proceed with this as the cover, so I'm feeling much less stress now that I have something to put on Amazon.

I don't care for the small shield to be honest. I suspect it was sacrificed on the altar of T&A, a noble cause... and yet it still bugs me. A different pose/angle would allow for a much bigger shield and still meet the requisite tits-to-ass ratio. I must also admit that I despise "sexy armor" AS IT IS PORTRAYED IN MOST FANTASY ART. Nobody with two brain cells to rub together is going to put a hole on their armor directly over their heart, or leave themselves open to being disembowled. Fantasy armor could be made of transparent crystal or planes of magical force... but no. We get boob windows. Bah! A mag8c projection could come from some piece of jewelry while they walk around in lingerie... but we get boob windows. Bah! [/rant] Sorry, you stumbled across one of my nerd rage triggers there... AND ANY GAME TITLE THAT STARTS WITH THE WORD "FINAL" IS *N*O*T* ALLOWED TO HAVE A SEQUEL, MUCH LESS DOZENS OF THEM!!!!!!! Oh hey, look at that. Forgot to take my meds this morning... hopefully no one noticed.

Sweet Picture, only thing to change to better fit Ashe imho, gold tone the metal of the armor light dove grey for the clothe. Darker dove grey breeches

Looks pretty good. Though rather than purity of light, healing and innocence, this feels more the purity of fire burning all the impurities away without mercy. Which I suppose fits the seraph here.

Not really how I'd pictured the Prime Saint of Purity. Maybe dye the the wings black and use it for Asmoth Koteth?
