Allies and Enemies of Deania

Rakaren Nation: A small country under the control of a single clan. They have long been envious of Deania's wealth and power. They resisted the Cult of the Unblinking Eye for a while, until the cult offered them a piece of Deania for their cooperation. In the past they traded reluctantly with the Songstone Clan, desiring the goods of the Deanian Queendom but disliking the thought of paying for them.
Ancient Tree Temple: These forest-dwellers cultivate almost exclusively nature zeal, with a smattering of light and earth. They live in tree cities and grow some of the finest mystic fruits on the continent. Until recently, they had no standing army and relied on the harshness of their forest home to ward off invaders. But when the Cult of the Unblinking Eye began reorganizing their society they turned out to have a surprisingly large population ready to go into battle. Strangely, the wizards and true mages of all their major families were eager to do the bidding of the cult.
Sunspire Kingdom: This nation was ruled for years by an honored and respected family who had ruled over these sandy lands for thousands of years. Recently, they were deposed by a human warrior who was also an Archreaver in the Cult of the Unblinking Eye. With the aid of his cultist brethren, the human king made the people of the Sunspire Kingdom submit to his will. The old queen is now a member of his harem, though the crown princess is nowhere to be found.
Lifekeeper Sanctum: The Sanctum has always been a hated foe of the Circle of Necromancers to the north of the Hearthwood. When Princess Tivana sought an alliance with the necromancers, they invited the Cult of the Unblinking Eye to their home city for a conversation. Whatever the cultists said must have been very convincing, because now the Lifekeeper Sanctum follows the Cult of the Unblinking Eye's leadership in things, and they are some of the cult's most devout worshipers.
Golden Sword Society: The Lifekeeper Sanctum provides the hatred to keep the necromancers at bay, but the Golden Sword Sect provides the power. The nation consists of only a single school of cultivation, but the school is brimming with powerful and talented elves, and now is nearly as powerful as the Fateweaver Society was at its peak. Their leader visited one of the lodges of the Cult of the Unblinking Eye, and when she returned she had her students prepare for war with Deania, much to the surprise of her elders.
Auquiallian Islands: (Alternate spelling - Auqualian)This cluster of warring island city states was historically too divided to accomplish anything. They had plenty of soldiers, and every city had a few elves at the wizard rank. But one day the Cult of the Unblinking Eye arrived and had one of the city matriarchs swear a Heavenly Oath. Shortly thereafter, that city leader successfully reached the sorcerer realm after centuries of trying and failing. Before long, the Auquiallian Islands were united under one banner, with the Cult of the Unblinking Eye standing quietly behind them. (Note: May change this one to something easier to spell.)
Orc Lands: Of all the Deanian Queendom's surrounding nations, the only ones not affiliated with the Cult of the Unblinking Eye are the necromancers to the north, and the orcs to the south. The orcs care little for elf politics. The Sunspire Kingdom and Auquiallian Islands have both launched repeated invasions to drive the orcs back, to say nothing of the Deanian Queendom's own efforts. But the orcs seem to enjoy the attacks and look forward to them each year, even going as far as to send the elf nations weekly insults in the hopes of stirring greater anger. For now, they are content to stay behind their walls and within their castles, but they will not do so forever. They're merely waiting for their home world to draw near once again and allow orcs to leave their lands in an endless flood, conquering all around them.
Allies of the Deanian Queendom:
Circle of Necromancers: The necromancers on the northern reaches of the continent rule over an icy wasteland, which they took by virtue of nobody wanting it. Many wars and fierce battles over the scrap of land they settled down on have left death zeal flowing through the air and earth, which the necromancers condense into corpses in their vast undead labor forces. It is said that the descendants of the necromancers live rather well with most of the menial tasks in their nation taken care of by the dead. Though the population is small, their use of undead allows most of the population to focus on cultivation and growing more powerful, and so their people are more likely to advance than in other lands. The fact that a minute in the cold of their lands could freeze a heartwielder to death also helps encourage everyone to reach mage acolyte quickly.
The Cult of the Unblinking Eye made there way to this frozen land only to find the necromancers there didn't care much for them, and the undead the necromancers sent couldn't be controlled with mind magic. So instead the Cult of the Unblinking Eye broke a tenuous peace with between the Circle and the Lifekeeper Sanctum to the west, stirring up trouble between the two northern factions.
Fateweaver Society: For centuries, this society was Deania's staunchest ally. Though small in number, their reach spans to several nearby worlds. Recently, the society has collapsed to infighting. With Deania's Queen in seclusion to reach the Demigod realm, Deania has never been more vulnerable.
Note:
I have a map that I plan to post of the local area around Deania, but it's just a handrawn sketch and its messier than I remember, so I'll clean it up and post it as its own post some other time.

Good eye! Yes, we'll definitely be interacting with the Rakaren Nation first, though I hope all of them get page time.

Thank you for the worldbuilding. Looking forward to the interactions with the other nations. Especially the Sunspire Kingdom when Theo is a little stronger. Though I suspect we're going to hear from the Rakaren Nation soon with them bordering the former Songstone Lands.
