Amazon Apocalypse: Poll 6.5

What should Carter focus on next?

I'll be uploading the next chapter sometime this week. I'm aiming for Wednesday so I can do the usual Wednesday/Saturday thing.
My edits to Paladin of the Sword have to get finish this week so they can be proofed on time, so I need to focus on that. Most of that story is going directly to Amazon though, so you won't see the results of that work.
Once that's done, I'll jump back to working on this as time allows before switching over to Paladin of the Shield roughly a week or two after Paladin of the Sword goes live on Amazon towards the end of the month.

As long as the base matters and has logical upgrades it does. Spellheart, Apocalypse Gates, Emerilia, and the Shadow Sun series all did it really well. The upgrades always had logical or at least reasonable restrictions. It’s a fun system to think about.

She should be ok at first as long as he keeps her occupied and with a solid goal to accomplish, but once they're secure and she's no longer too exhausted to think, she'll surely want an explanation.

All those things need to be done, it's just a question of the order. And it's hard to find a reason not to at least properly examine that Token burning a hole in his pocket. If there's any chance it could increase his strength or give him vital information, he should prioritise it. They can fortify the place after that, since talking to Regina can wait until they're secure and can talk without worrying about being attacked at any time. Plus doing it at bed time would be more convenient for when he inevitably comforts and reassures her in a more hands on sense. Once they have a secure base to work out of, going out hunting to level would surely go much better. That's my take and the spread of the votes seems to support me.

With the whole world changing at once and her being as physically strong as she is, it makes sense that he would explain what he knows and how he knows it. It would give Regina a more secure starting point for growth if she knows it happens on other worlds and that he has a goal other than live and sleep with everything pretty.

I was thinking more along the lines of just calming her down, (maybe using his dick *wink wink*). But yeah, telling her about the Amazons might be a good idea.
