[Game Update] It's a Gluttonous Life - alpha0.51.0 Release

-Properly applied voraphile's fix for the bug that caused a failure for predators to digest properly their normal food and any NPC, while the player character is inside their belly.
-Predators should now be able to digest NPC prey properly.
-Players can now choose to disable forced masturbation or the lust system entirely on game start.
-Elaine should now always have a big belly after eating NPC prey.
-Getting spit put by a pred should no longer magically teleport you to a bed.
-Implemented parts of voraphile's Voracious patch (up to v2.66):
---Fixed the bug that was causing a crash due to missing image ("PreyN NoneNoneNone") while speaking to a prey character (Jen excepted) and the weather changes in a location where the background image changes with weather.
---Better dialogues with Jasmine when she refuses to let the pc out after the latter asked to be digested.
-Minor fixes.

Although I do appreciate the intestinal "too tight"/"struggle free" mechanic for Jasmine, it might need a little tweaking. I got eaten, made it to her intestine, and was then stuck there for 13 days before I was unable to struggle anymore. After about day 5 or 6 (I think) it seemed like I was unable to break free at all, even though I had the struggle option still available. I did have the health threshold disabled, if that helps/changes things at all, with the default 53 hr digestion rate. But I mean c'mon, her system should have *naturally* pushed me through in less than that...hopefully, for her health?
