Hey there, I’ll try to make this short, I think pausing patreon is a great idea. Obviously not because I’m too stingy or because it’s already been a year since the announcement. I think it would highlight your qualities outside of 3dx-blender-animations narrative. Most skilled 3dx artists would NEVER consider such a move, no way! Actually they do quite the opposite, the milk their projects and try to squeeze as much money out of it while making sure they do as little work as possible. Or even worse, don’t update/release anything for months/years. I’m not going to name drop anyone, you guys know who I’m talking about. You Guilty are one of the few ones that is here to actually make some super high quality 3dx-art, possibly even the best the world has seen to this day. I still remember you vanishing for a few months and then coming back with a female Genji model. At this point I knew you were one of a kind, some1 that just doesn’t care about money or fame but about quality, the rest might or might not come with it, you never seemed to really care. While I am very much looking forward to this masterpiece, I think your conscience, personal attitude, work ethic and perfectionism are worth much more than even a 2 hour animation. So in other words, pausing patreon to keep your conscience stable is absolutely the right way. Having a conscience has become so rare in almost any genre / business nowadays that whenever I see some1 with a functioning one I’m gaining a little faith in humanity :D. You’re the only 3dx artists I trust when it comes to creating such a monster of an animation. If anyone can do it it’s you! We believe in you broski! Just make sure that conscience of yours stays healthy, it’s a precious gem that’s hard to find in nowadays world. It’s hard to not get spoiler’ed like crazy, if it’s out there in the open like in the previous post.

I believe you still need some sort of income as you make progress so I don't think you need to pause the Patreon. But if you want to have some form of a "product" for the support, I believe some simple monthly pin-ups as you work on the bigger projects work just fine.

Let me just say that every little bit you show us is absolutely amazing as Gordon Ramsay would say. I have no problem supporting your work for as long as it takes. I know in the end it’s gonna be amazing and I will continue to support you in this manner. As for the 30 minute long video as you mentioned, I’m just mind blown by that and more then ever am I excited to see what it will look like. Keep at it and I will keep on supporting you. 😝
