I second the idea of major bondage to not let her get free easily; if she wants to stand around and do nothing, might as well make her look pretty while she's at it. What about using the candy cane as a pole to tie her to, so all the other hardworking students can enjoy their holiday gift? Those also look like some pretty thick stockings she's got on, it would be a shame if someone were to cram them both into her mouth...plus bare feet and toes would give you more to tie up. You could also wrap her up her head as another detail, to partly add to the air of gift giving; your old Ann Takamaki mummy pic is strongly coming to mind with this.

I was gonna mention if no one else did, Hilda is lazy and loves getting out of work/having others work for her. She also likes cute outfits and looking good though!

My apologies for not including something initially. My thought is along the lines of taking advantage of her laziness. So having her bound to the point of not being able to easily get free and get back to work. (Or maybe from the opposite perspective of her still being able to work despite being bound and gagged) As for the actual bondage. I was thinking tying her arms to the candy cane to keep them spread out (I think it functioning as a yoke is what I'm thinking of but I don't know if it's the right word)
