Unpause
🕑 Added 2019-10-01 02:02:18 +0000 UTCAfter some thinking and then, well, more thinking! As well as more recently, after diving back in to the requests and questions online and really enjoying it, I've decided to go ahead and unpause the patreon for the month ahead as I'll be updating again more frequently throughout the upcoming weeks.
After feeling a little burnt out previously and feeling quite some anxiety and stress in the thought I wasn't doing enough or delivering as often as I should, I realized it wasn't about numbers or how often you posted "content" but about whether you where just enjoying creating something. That if you get to a point where you're not enjoying what you're making, that the process will become stressful and draining and that, friends, is the last thing I wanted.
So I took the break. In doing so I just thought "just return to it at your pace, not that of everyone else." And it... worked? I think so. I feel better. I feel more energized. And I feel a little happier. I'm also drawing more stuff! And I want to and it feels good. So, I think its time to get back to it. So I hope.
Regardless, I want to do well here, and not feel like I'm letting people down. Because I still do care about my friends and my fans and without you all I don't think this would have been half as fun! But I also want to always, always, always enjoy creating the artwork I love doing the most. May it always be so and may it only end the day it isn't anymore.
Alongside some new stuff, I of course will continue to work on the commitments I've made. So no fear of anything having fallen by the wayside! It shall and will be done. I know you guys are willing to support me through and through but I also believe that it should be earned. Commitments included.
To everyone, thanks for sticking with me! And now, as they say, back to the drawing board... ;)
TL;DR: Felt burnt; took a break; rediscovered love for creating lewd; therefore time to unpause.
