Well, it's mainly stuff that doesn't show up in your usual work, such as how sectioned off everything is on the body shadows-wise. I'd also give a shot at pronouncing the eyelids a little bit and maybe making them bigger, your eyeballs are egg-shaped rather than spherical. I wonder if you can get a softer edge for your stuff if you use a color other than black for the outter parts
