Working on tempering my process to accommodate my new hand pains. Wearing a brace has become pretty much mandatory whenever I'm not on the tablet... When I draw I set timers to go at it for an hour- then take an hour break, then draw for another hour, and so on... This should be good enough til I get my insurance set up and am able to consult a physical therapist.

thanks- one thing's for certain I need to invest in a suitable desk- a lot of it is back-related and I haven't been treating mine well
