Most of the time, when the Word Bearers claim a world, they forcibly enslave the population to build massive cathedrals to the chaos gods. When the Small Tora version does so, the good word of Tomatoes and Fren are shared over soft tacos. Two completely different worlds despite ostensibly being from the same faction.
