Nobody really knows how Tzeentch-chan got promoted to class president, or how she always knows a guy that knows another guy, or how she consistently gets the other classmates to do 'little favors' for her...
She's well-read and loves to share her insights, though her insistence on doing things her way (the right way) tends to make others wonder if she's huffing her own hot air.
(Fun fact: her desk drawer has compiled dossiers on every academy student and faculty member. She's not really sure what to do with them yet.)
