Right?! Them finally having a one-on-one friendship moment was a breath of fresh air! I always found it so weird that they never had one when Asami is on Team Avatar. It was the missing piece to the team ;)

Raiko referring to new airbenders as a “crisis” and banishing Korra from Republic City essentially for being the reason airbending popped back up. I’m not saying Raiko’s a genocide supporter. But I’m not not saying it. Lol no, but he is an idiot, and way too reactionary to be in such a position of power. Every decision we’ve seen him make has been done on the spot, without stopping to consider potential consequences.

We actually seemingly do know that Rohan is an airbender, because Mako told Daw’s brother that there were only 5 airbenders in the world, and he didn’t know about Bumi yet. I guess he could’ve meant Korra, but I’ve always assumed he was talking about people who exclusively airbend, which would be Tenzin and all 4 of his kids.

We finally get to the only good part of the love triangle: Korra and Asami’s friendship! I just love how (besides Korra in Asami’s first couple of episodes) they’re never really depicted to be fighting over Mako, and they’ve always respected/admired each other. It’s not often you get a dynamic like Korra and Asami’s to come out of a love triangle plot and I’m here for it.

Well so zaheer is clearly also already very knowledgeble about airnomad culture. He seems like someone who's just fascinated with basically a culture of old, so it stands to reason that his non-bending martial art style was already based off airbendibg techniques. IMO thats how he got so good so fast, he had the basics down before he even found out he got airbending

Cant wait how many "daddy" comments Zaheer and people around him are gonna get ^o^ With Zaheer, it will show in a later episode, but his bending is based around his already high level martial skills. He uses it as an extenstion of that, but its not on the level of a airbending master.
