🕑 Added 2024-10-30 15:39:31 +0000 UTCI woke up with some headache and I knew that doing gardening was going to be the antidote (and playing with my cats!). It was heavy work (unrooting all the pumpkin and tomato plants) and it was exactly what I needed; to get my feet and hands on the soil, and do some why exercise followed by a cold dip!
