Dip in the snowy river

I had my neoprene socks on. Thank goodness for that π
I went in 3 times, and really enjoyed it. Some loud shouting included, very cleansing too. Then I was yawning the whole way back, definitely a sign of my nervous system having been reset. Deeply relaxed ππΎ
