Beautiful Autumnal hike
🕑 Added 2025-11-03 12:06:44 +0000 UTCSo glad that I went with a friend to this natural park (1h30' away from home) to soak in the beautiful autumnal colours and light. It was a challenging one for me and at the end I was completely exhausted. I wasn't going to go to the peak but I was persuaded. And I did it, I in a way I'm glad that I did to see what I'm able to do nowadays. On the other side, my intuition was telling me that doing less was enough. And I was right, I should have listened to my intuition. I don't need to prove that I can climb a mountain to anyone or myself, I would have been perfectly happy with the forest walk and feeling fresher/with more energy, vitality and joy. Always learning. Especially in interactions with others and others' desires and needs too.
It was glorious and I'm also very glad that I'm back home, my home is so healing 🙏🏽
