They talked right after their kiss, but not anymore after that. I imagine they just went on with their lives, no one quite ready to talk about it yet. Shy and awkward glances when they are in their room, but not super uncomfortable.
I'm a bit confuzzled, too. Did Levi and Henry alredy had a talk after their kiss?
