🕑 Added 2024-02-22 06:35:09 +0000 UTCHey guys, so I just recently found out where to switch Patreon's currency. So far I was paid in dollar which I had to convert back in euro and it was a mess for accountability while also adding additionnal fees.
So I just switched to euros.
I am unsure how this will affect the different tiers but it might result in a slight increase in the price.
I'm sorry for doing that now and not at the very start of this account, I just hadn't found how to do it.

Technically it doesn't, it's just conversion rates.

And so far from what I see it indeed seems like the currency change brought the prices up by a bit.

Also problem is that I can't bring the prices down to adapt to a change because you can't modify a tier's price so long as people are subbed to it.

Shouldnt change anything on your side except maybe the price upping a tiny bit to adapt to the euro transition. (I'm not even sure myself about that tbh. Would be great if it's not the case)

Do you know if it will make you rejoin the tier or should it just be an automatic transition?

It shouldn't change anything for you in terms of the currency you pay in. (I think)

For me, it still says I pay in dollar, maybe it will change later. I don't have dollar where I live.
