I think it looks fine, I like the hoodie/head part, and if you want to make it cuter you can add a tail to the shark suit too. Maybe discuss the tie/body part with the artist on what they think would work better.

omg the suspenders and dress shirt is such a cute combo! I feel like the shark coat fits the chibi model since it would be extremely cute, but if you still wanted to capture the danger of crossing Loan Shark Henya, you could do a shark hat instead of shark coat maybe? Still leans on the shark motif without hiding the business attire? It's tough! But I'm sure it will come out adorable!

I feel like chibi Yakuza with briefcase 💼 in one hand (for money) and a baseball bat on the other (for breaking knees) would be cute. Maybe add a little shark accessory in hair.

I agree with this, the jacket sleeves could be a bit baggy as well and show off the hidden design. Also, glasses sound pretty good too.

Make the coat like a dress coat/jacket, for business! Like a CEO or Yakuza boss coat. Most jackets come with an inner liner that is soft and can have designs on them, you could make it shark themed but with your colors!

Although it's a play-on words, but I think adding $$$$ theme into the outfit, like check books, old style coin bags, receipts, tided up dollar bills...basically anything money and crime related with black theme color would be fitting. Just my 2 cents.
