I really wanted to have watched the original demo as well. Any chance it will be available somehow one day? (i tried the twitch link but it was not there)

for this process, i drew a lot of the hair strands on separate layers so that i could do alpha lock and paint in some highlights on each strand. then i would merge it down again as soon as i was done. so i was mostly working on one layer but sometimes hopping on an extra layer before merging it down again! (i hope that makes sense)

Roughly, how many layers were you working with in procreate for this? Wondering when you're working fast, if you take time to organize layers or if it's more of a 'go for it!' process all on one?
