EARLY ACCESS // ink sketches
🕑 Added 2021-08-24 08:35:50 +0000 UTCBack to the sketchbook: A sketch session with inks! Specifically, a micron fineliner, with a bit of color from an ecoline brush pen. I’m trying to push for a more flowy style of drawing lines, and a more stylized approach for conveying volumes in the linework. I’m quite happy with how it turned out, especially the bottom left one. I wanna build more on this chunky/flowy style in the future!

hey! the tutorial for this month was just posted :) an inking tutorial definitely sounds like a good idea for a future one! I'm thinking about doing more traditional art tutorials in the future, for some variety :)

yes, definitely! I wasn't able to make a video of these because sadly the clamp that holds my phone in place broke. but the new one has arrived and I'll be recording my traditional art moving forward :)
