If you've ever been charged without receiving rewards...
🕑 Added 2018-08-30 05:15:59 +0000 UTC Hey everyone, sorry for the second post for the night but it could be importaint.It seems that a small number of people might have been charged in the months which I was taking a hiatus; you should not be getting charged at any time other than the normal monthly cycle from the 1st to the 5th of each month.
There is an option to charge users immediately on pledging; I have this deliberately turned off as I just don't have the time to monitor and manage sending rewards out all through the month reliably. But payments might still be leaking through somehow. I have some money in my account which should not be there.
I will look into this further; but please send me a note if you have ever been charged out of cycle, so I can track it down, apologise, and refund you.

Yes there were no reward cycles in those months as I needed to take a hiatus for various reasons. You were not meant to be charged the past two months :)
