yes! absolutely. I'll be filming my sketching tutorial this week so hopefully that will help!

I definitely do a lot of post-processing on them! I took these photos with an iphone 11pro and then modified the levels/colors/etc in photoshop.

thanks so much! this is something I noticed too, I really enjoy drawing in a more 'chunky' style with more attention to the 3D shapes. my work used to be way more flat by comparison.

thanks riley! and I agree, she looks like a lovely ariel and I can't believe there are people who would give someone hate just for being cast in a movie. I can't wait to see this version of the little mermaid when it comes out, and thank you for the suggestion!

It's a fantasy and they are not real. Come to think of it when was the mermaid invented? Great penmanship, great poses and sketching. I remembered you said exaggerating movements gives art motion.

Never sick of mermaids. You portray them so well. How do you come up with your mermaid designs and poses. I was thinking about it yesterday but I dont know if you know Loish. But theres a live action little mermaid and Halle bailey is cast as ariel. I actually feel so bad for her though because of the amount of hate she gets because Ariel is originally white and she is black. But I am all here for it. I would like to see a black Ariel I would love to see a dark skin version of Ariel from you. But thank you so much for sharing this with us
