Usually I like the darker tones but I think the lighter one goes better with the feel of the story.

I suppose the type of lighting would depend on the time of day. It appeals to me that the (two lovers) may have become so involved with each other’s bodies that they lost all track of time.....time enough for the lighting to change so dramatically. As impossible as it may seem, starting around early morning and ending around midday. I’m afraid I will be of no help, as I like both images equally.

Truly there is no bad choice here. For me light set 1 feels more realistic... but light set 2 shows a lot more detail (the sweat stands out more, for example). Looking forward to this more and more :)
