Alice was a master of using her body against others and with Nathans size, she could take full advantage of it. She wasn't trying to crush him with her foot, she wanted to lure him away from Sara.
Controlling a guy that's just a couple of cm tall isn't hat hard but a "full-sized" girl is something else. Even Alice had to watch her steps...
