At the moment, only if you remove the file Underwear Sexy with Bulge

I'm facing the same issue with the gray underwear showing even when I removed the bottom clothing. Is there a way to fix this?

I tested it before reporting here if it was this mod. Removed all other mods and only had this mod active here and still had the problem and removing it solved it.

I understand. If that underwear model is what is giving you problems, remove temporally the file "[Noir and Dark Sims 4] Underwear Sexy with Bulge". I will create an alternative file for this piece and be sure that any of these models have the flag "Allow for random" enabled. Please, let me know if removing the file solved the issue or if it continues.

In my case, all the time with a new generated Character without having chosen the Underwear or with an old Character

By any chance, this happens with gray underwear? I noticed that sometimes that piece stays on the sim even if it is not a default file.

Hi. There is an issue with the underwear when selecting male with female frame in the character editor. For example, if I remove the top Clothing and then try to remove the bottom Clothing, it doesn't go away.
