TS4 - True Body V2 + Nipple Piercings and Penis Tip Swatches [2025-05-21]
🕑 Added 2025-05-22 05:25:06 +0000 UTCThis update, mainly, adds nipple piercings to the nude top for males and new swatches for the tip of the penis. The mesh of the top, have also new improvements in his UV map to fix a few issues with the seams between mesh parts. The name of the tops has been shortened in the Body Selector, and support has given to the new files with the piercings.
Details:
For Base Game.
For Males and Females.
All Hard Penises are rigged.
Non-default meshes, visible on CAS.
Compatible with HQ Mod.
Compatible with Wicked Whims.
Overlay textures for the penises are included with in the meshes.
Include:
10 Penis sizes: Small, small thick, average, average thick, big, big thick, extra big, extra big thick, huge, and huge thick.
3 Hard penises styles: normal, small head, and mushroom head.
2 Soft penises styles: normal cut and uncut.
100 Skin swatches for use with custom skins (in Tattoos).
40 swatches for the tip of the penis (in forehead skin details).
Custom top nude mesh for males.
Custom top with five different piercings for the nipples with silver, gold and bronze swatches.
Custom feet mesh with nails for males and females (default and non-default).
10 Skin swatches for the nails of the feet (within the mesh).
10 Additional color swatches for the nails of the feet (in toenails).
Pubic hair for the penis of males and females with 15 swatches each one (in tattoos).
10 condoms textures in CAS (tattoos).
Condom wrapper with 10 swatches (buy mode>activities>exercises).
1 Condom Box (buy mode>activities>exercises).
Custom cum textures for the penis, face, ass, feet, back and chest (with support for WW).

Features of the Update 2025-05-21:
Added new 40 swatches for the tip of the penis (in forehead skin details).
Added top nude mesh for males with nipple piercings.
Fixed texture UV map of the nude top for males.
Shortened the name of the tops in the body selector of Wicked Whims.
Installation:
Delete all the files of the old version of this mod, if you have them.
Decompress this file with 7-zip and move the content of the folder to My Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.
IMPORTANT!: In case of having problems to run the game after adding this mod. Move the package files to only one folder inside Mods, or shorten the name of the folder of this mod.
Know issues:
The default feet for males are deformed by the game to make them look more masculine, which make them look bad. For males, it is more recommended using the non-default mesh.

is this file necessary and what does it do? "[Noir] TrueBody-TuningFile-RobotPenis-WW" it shows up as a duplicate to the "[Noir] TrueBody-TuningFile-WW" file.

Hi. Currently, no, but I can make a bottom part without a penis for males, sure. However, I'm not completely sure If I understand the question or the source of the issue you are having. Can you send me a DM, elaborating more about that bug? Maybe there is another way to fix it.

Do you have a version of this thatβs available in cas that has a masculine lower half but with no penis? I get these visual bugs when my sims have a masculine top and feminine bottom depending on what they wear and putting this on in cas fixes it but I donβt want this sim to have a penis

Hi Adrian. I re-uploaded the hidden version. I tested the file and I didn't have issues to uncompressed this one. Hope this works for you. After downloaded it, the file should weight 257 MB.

Hi! Thanks for the update. I tried unzipping the "Hidden in CAS" version, but it won't open (got errors from multiple un-archiving programs, with fresh downloads from multiple browsers). The other zip file is fine.
