Oh, ok... I didn't know that, I never tried NVE. Unfortunately I can't do much about it but thanks a lot for letting me know! Always useful.

yeah so i tested with a clean install of GTA V and it works. i installed only the graphic parts of NVE and your mod works. Anything from NVE that is in the DLCPACKS screws the mp maps i guess

Hey, does it freeze with the black screen and the loading icon at the bottom right forcing you to close the game?

same here, freeze and crash when i try to enter any apartment. the only mod i have installed is NVE. no error in ScriptHookVDotNet.log

it doesn't give me an error, my game just closes out and crashes every single time, i don't know what's wrong, but do you think it maybe mods that change the single player map as in GTAV remastered and such?

After it crashes please check the "ScriptHookVDotNet.log" in your main gta folder and see what happened at the end. You can copy and paste it in a private message to me if you want.

After removing every mod, reinstalling Scripthook, adjusting the timeout, It still does that, do you want me to send you a recording of the crash?

Did you change the "ScriptTimeoutThreshold to 60000" in the "ScriptHookVDotNet.ini" in the main GTAV folder as I wrote in the "Requirements and How to Install" section?

It doesnt give me a crash report, when I press E to enter my screen goes blurry, freezes and then turns black and closes

Hi, what does the crash report says? Anyway, check and double check if you have all the requirements up to date and correctly installed. If you have other third party mods, try to temporarily remove some of them to see if there's something causing a conflict.

is there any other mods that this uses that it doesn't mention, because i set up everything, and it keeps on crashing, it loads for like a couple seconds and then crashes.

Feel like I'm bothering coming back here so soon, The sleeping feature is crashing another mod that uses the game time to function for some reason

Same seems to be happening on mid end, might as well check out the high end too, because I'm not sure if I've used the bed

You are right. I just checked and I indeed made a mistake. The sleep feature worked well when also HungerSleep was enabled but there is an issue when this mod is alone. I'll definetly release also an Hotfix for Apts & Houses in the next days (maybe sooner). Thank you for reporting it, it helps a lot.

Nope, just this mod, I believe I can sleep in mid end and high end apartments but not on the little room in the cheap ones, everything else works, the shower, the weed, the beer, the tv, the clothing menu, all good,

Are you also using the last version of Forever Together and HungerSleep? If so, I'll release today or tomorrow a HungerSleep hotfix that should solve a problem that came with the Forever Together 1.4 update

Don't worry, I'm happy to receive any kind of feedback. Since there are a lot of houses/apts to choose from I hoped I didn't need to fix it until the next "apts & houses" update... I'll see...

I was just wondering, do you have an eta when you might fix the Richard’s Towers garage in your apts mod? I would really like to buy a place there but no way to park your cars. Sorry if it sounds like I am complaining I’m not

Yes, as I wrote in the mod's description each character can have one home and one garage as I wanted to keep things simple. For taxes, garages, vehicles etc..

I took open all interiors out and it worked once so i thought it was solved but im not too fussed. am i only allowed to own one apartment/house at a time then?

Hi, thanks and welcome! I think it's probably due to a conflict with another mod. Check if you have map related mods or open interiors etc... Please try to see if it works without other mods.

No problem! I just think it would add some realism. You could use it in the way you have your taxes laid out so say you can borrow $100,000 with a 25% interest rate payment (dependant on your current finances) on top of your normal taxes just like in the real world I can’t see that being too easy. especially if you can’t afford your mortgage repayments your house gets repossessed. Would also be cool if there was some type of animation or cutscene when your house is repossessed. Thanks regardless, amazing work ❤️🙏🏻
