In fact they're two pairs of old shorts. I've had the blue ones over ten years! Bit of a photo dump because I'm starting to enjoy being in my own skin again!
I've been working out every day (more or less) since June 1st and have improved the nutrition of my diet - and I feel like I'm seeing results in my strength and in my appearance. (Maybe its psychosomatic but who knows?)
Either way, feeling much better so here's a BUNCH of photos I've taken the last few days.
Thank you all for sticking with me after my surgery. It was really tough for a while. My confidence was evaporating. Gonna do my best to not let ongoing health issues get in the way of me trying to feel more comfortable in my own skin.
