No timetable, but the Council member storylines, along with the main Fey storyline will be picking up very soon. You will also be able to marry ONE girl by the end of the game - so start thinking about who's going to be your waifu! ;)

Just wondering when will start to take over the counsel, also will we be able to marry any of the girls or all of them?

Generally speaking the Quirks are "you have one shot to get it then it's gone" (although there will be exceptions). They're there to kind of act as an in-game way to adjust events and scenes based on player preference without just flashing a big menu up on the screen that says: "DO YOU LIKE THIS SORT OF THING?" :)

I'm curious about something, is it possible to "unlock" a quirk that you missed the first time? I saw that you could get the "Cock-sleeve" quirk for Pixie but I didn't get it, is it possible to unlock it after the option so to say?
