From your question, it seems like you're trying to access the new event in her room? You have to go to the garden to get Chloe's mini-event (accessible from the living room) :)

Ive tried for 3 weeks (in game ) to get chloes new mini even on weekday afternoons and all its says is that she is with alice every day
